Hi I have been viewing the Advertisement in the Newspaers on BDS Riviera Pahse -2 located in Rajanukunte from Bhagyashree Developers. Thier website :  http://bhagyashreedevelopers.in/bds-riviera-phase-2.php    . As per the website there are couple of projects completed by this builder in the past.  The price range as per the advt is 1350/- starting.

Just wanted to know if anyone is having any idea about this developer and growth prospects of this location as this is just 2kms from Rajanukunte,Adde Vishwanathapura village. 

Any views/thoughts on this would be much appreciated
