In Bearys Anugraha project, the owner of the land is now ready to sell his share..D wing has come up there… and for 2 bhk of 1005 sq ft he is quoting approx 60 L. What is your view on this.. I feel the area is fast developing and I am planning to take one apartment,.. please suggest..
