i have booked a plot with them..they are asking for 5% deposit so that they can book the site you wish to own.in this way they wont sell that out.so i think you can go ahead with your booking.

these berlin property are fraud builders . they don’t have any approval , they don’t have bank approval , bmrda approval. they are cheating customer by taking their booking amount. nomally all builders in banagalore ready to return 100% booking amount , but be cautious , these people will tell you that they will return 1005 , when u paid amount they will say if you will cancel then they will return 50% amount. they are saying that they have all bank approval , not a single bank approval they have . their general manager and all represntatives are cheaters only and all of them are big liers . don’t take this property .

berlin property is quoting 25 years old, need to be a verification required , because they don’t have a single completed project , how come it is 25 years old. if u will visit their office they will not discuss about their office credentiuals ,they never tell u about their owner of the organisation.

do you guys done a verification? is the verification of the land is correct . do you apply for bank approval .

Hii Everyone,Berlinton Township is a fake project owned by BERLIN PROPERTIES .
they don’t have any documents .They just give promises that they will provide documents ,infact they don’t own the property,they even don’t have DC converted panchayat approved papers and they r promising to give BMRDA approval (LOL).they are saying they are from last 25 years …i just cross verified the company gt registerd in FEBRUARY,2012.

they don’t have any bank approvals,everyone in d company are big liars including the General manager Mr.Nishant and Ms Richa ,CEO Mr Balaji ,They are just cheating the customers by taking booking amount and aftr tht they r nt refunding also..they did’nt even have any layout for sale ..just they are making fools ..if they provide u the documents plz do cross verification with your advocates .They are real bastards and fuckers they just know how to cheat people ..and aftr getting some amount again they wl close their business and run away ..

Hi Guys, They are not genuine builders and they do not have any approvals as well. I have visited the location as it is close to our house. I fix an appointment with the guy before going and I was told that our marketing guy will be there. I was trying to locate the place for 1 hour with the help of the sales guy on phone and he was not able to guide me the exact location also. And no sales guy turned up. After 1 hour I received a call from another guy called chandra stating that i am having fever and i am at home only and i have no information of your visiting the site. After that i did not receive any call from them. Beware of these guys..

Don’t waste your time with these frauds. Most of the people who were working earlier have left the company for whatever reasons. BMRDA approval is not coming ever. Its so called DC coverted panchayat approved plots with one burial ground in the campus(mentioned in the documents). At the place of the burial grounds they were clamining that they are going to build park, basketball court etc etc. All the best if some of you are still thinking about it.

Hi folks, If anyone has booked a plot with them then contact Indiranagar police station. All the people who were working there have vanished one by one and their numbers are disconnected. Their office too is closed and it looks a clear case of cheating.
