Hi, I was looking to invest in a house for my son & my budget is around Rs. 80- 90 lacks. Have heard about nitesh estates along with a couple of other. Any particular propertyy i can find in that budget??? Any help is appreciated

Hi, Mr Manya Mehra,
I understand you are looking for only Investment long term, instead of investing on a house, invest on PLOTs (Sites) on upcoming areas, with Road and amenities proximity.
Still you are looking for a house it gives immediate rents and appreciation over space/site, depreciation on construction, still the site appreciation would dominate.
Which side of Bangalore you are interested in, so i can suggest few sites/houses for you.
