Bhoo Samartha Opinion & Review

Hi,

I recently came across Bhoo Samartha Layout in KR puram . It is next to Origin Harmony Grooves.

Builder claims it to be DC converted, BBMP limits A-khata for layout and B-khata for plots.

I have visited the site. Roads, electric poles.. etc development is going on.

Has anyone invested there?

They are quoting 3100+ psqft and asking for 30% at time of agreement and remaining during registration.

Is it worth investing so much in that area? please share your opinion.
