BlueValley North Town Bangalore Genuine?

Hi,

We have been looking at some affordable plots near Devananahalli/NH 207 within a budget of 30 lakhs. We saw the Blue Valley NorthTown, PC Realty ParkView, Golded Gate Ira(launched last Saturday). Of these, we found NorthTown suiting our requirements.

Can I have a feedback on the BlueValley developers? The reviews on MouthShut.com arent encouraging. Any suggestions would  be appreciated.

I am a satisfied customer of Bluevalley North Town, in terms papers, location, long term prospects and price. I was very clear on buying a site from a fully approved layout, and that what I got. All registered, katha transferred. Seal, Signed and Delivered! Fyi
