B M Developer is making Illegal Construction in Victorian View Layout, Borewell Road, Whitefield, Bangalore 560066.

Victorian View was developed in 1994-95.

B M Developer / BM Infra Builder / GSA Biulder is encroaching the plot and making Illegal construction. Please BEWARE.

Complaint regarding illegal interference in respect of sites no D-111, 112 & 113 & illegal activities viz construction, falsification of documents, creating evidence and destructions of public records etc

BM Developer / BM Infra Builder / GSA Builder, Who are trying to interfere with my peaceful possession of the vacant sites Nos D- 111,112&113 in Victorian view, Nallurahalli village, k r Puram hobli, Bangalore totally measuring. It may be relevant to state here that most of the sites in Victorian view are owned by NRIs thus the said persons taking advantage of the said status of domicile are indulging illegal activities including Fabricating and creating documents and records only to defeat the rights of the site owners. Thus this compliant to you, requesting your kind self to take all and necessary action Against the said persons and all persons concerned and acting for, or under the said persons and bring the culprits to books in accordance to law.

This is to inform you that the site owners of the Victorian View are constrained to approach the jurisdictional court for protection and protective order in respect of the property owned by them in Victorian View (a gated community). The owners were constrained as they failed to convince you to take action against all persons concerned, be that as it may.

This is to inform you that in spite of the complaint referred above you have failed to take action against all persons concerned therefore I was constrained to approach the jurisdictional court for protection and protective order in respect of my property. The Hon’ble court having heard the case has granted the interim order the copy of which is enclosed herewith.

Interim order in OS 1667 of 2012 by the Hon’ble Jr Civil Judge Court in favour of the undersigned.

In the circumstances it is requested your kind self to aid & honour the order of the Hon’ble court and effectively implement the order of protection passed by the Hon’ble court. Though there may immense pressure from various quarters from the land grabbers/mafia, however the illegal interference is required to be stopped in furtherance to the order of the Hon’ble court in Respect of Property (old) Nos. D-111, D-112 & D-113 and shed thereon formed out of the lands in katha No. 176/2, Nallurhalli, K R Puram Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk, measuring (all three sites put together) on the east to west about 224 Ft & 7 inches and north to south about 62Ft 9 inches total measuring about 13994. 3 sq feet.

BM Developers is worst builder, very bad reputation. always buys litigated lands and sells to innocent buyers at cheap prices and dosent even offer the amenities promised. Never buy from this builder,   Bm Developers is a cruel builder, has troubled me also for payments, they actually are hooligans and demand payment, even if respective floor not completed and do not deliver the project on time. Recently i had purchased a flat in bm magnolia its is having all amenities the first i am looking is vaastu all the flats are 100% vastu,iam planning to purchase corner flat in 2nd floor but its is booked but now i had booked east facing,dont get confused with negative revives first visit the magnolia then see all documents then purchase i had done same thing now iam happy with my project

All projects by BM developers are B khata.

I have also heard of a bad reputation of the builder from the residents.

There was small concern – as per many reviews, BM Developers and Sai Purvi developers are “alias” of same builder.There were some bad remarks by many guys on “Sai Purvi”.
