Brigade Cosmopolis vs Brigade Lakefront

I need honest opinion on my question below:
I have already booked a 3BHK in PLH but considering its possession in 2018, I wanted to buy a 2nd property. I am therefore looking at buying a 2BHK, either in Brigade Lakefront or Brigade Cosmopolis (both will be ready by 2016). I want advice with respect to the pros and cons of both brigade projects ? I liked the size of lakefront campus but location of cosmopolis is definitely better in my opinion. Price is ok with me for both projects. So which one do I go for ? Once PLH is ready then I can decide whether to continue staying in Brigade (cosmopolis or lakefront) or move to PLH. But that decision will have to wait for 5 years at least 🙂

Bother Brigade Lakefront and Cosmopolis are great places to live in future. They more or less share the same specifications. However, there are some advantages that Lakefront has over Cosmopolis.
1) Proposed Metro Rail Station is adjacent to the property.
2) Close to many more Corporates than Cosmopolis
3) Is situated adjacent to a 20 acre adopted and maintained natural lake so water table is high and so water available with be soft and may not face shortage at all. (Fewer scales in bathrooms)
4) Lakefront is 20 acres vs 9.3 acres at Cosmopolis. So lakefront has more green space.
5) Lakefront has G+14 floors max vs Cosmpolis at G+18.
6) Area of location for both projects are great. Which one is better is debatable.
7) The only disadvantage of Lakefront is having Graphite India nearby. But this is expected to shutdown in a year or two.
