Hello People,
I was planning to book a flat (value house) proposed by Brigade in Devanahalli. Did any of you came across any details? I have some questions, do you think it is worth investing in this place as it is completely new area which is under development. Can any one please tell me about the quality of work by Brigade, is it worth to buy from them at a proposed rate of nearly 36 lakh for 2 bed room house (1000sqft) along with parking.

any update on this project progress wrt the conditions that would be favourable for living. I think for the aspen block they have completed the 6th floor.
However i learnt that they are not allowing their customer to have a look at the flats citing construction related security issues. Does anyone has comments on the future of this project.

Why do you think the customers are not allowed to see the site ?
How come there would be any such site condition that does not even permit owners to have a look at their investment ??
Is there any different or new technology/method that is being used by Brigade in this construction ?
