Dimensions too small even for  a 3 bedroom, only 1 balcony, no natural light in bathroom

Ive booked there but purely for an investment purpose. I personally find the 2bhk better than the 3bhk unless you are planning to convert the 3rd room into a study.

Assumption is that in 3-5yrs we can see some good returns on this with the developments taking place around.

Even, I have booked one. Expecting the delivery by Dec 2014 and sure by then it would appreciate to larger extent. Not just the project or price but also Devanahalli as a city around Airport with Residential and IT Zone 🙂

They are offering a referral mount on booking in Brigade Orchards which is 1% of flat and car parking value. If any one interested let me know we can book it together and split the amount.

Hmmm…interesting that everyone is writing just good reviews about this project. Gets one thinking. I think this project is taking too long to complete. None of the promises have been kept.  According to reliable sources, the project will complete only in 2017. Please more good projects in Bangalore.
