I heard from a friend who visited Brigade Showcase about Pre-Launch of Brigade Panorama on Mysore Road next to Decathlon.
The pre-launch price is Rs. 3590/- per sq feet.
1. Has anyone made a booking?
2. How good is the location?
3. Is this a good price to book in pre-launch?

I haven’t visited, but have talked to HomeAdda rep Harshith +91 8884333654 ( media partners for Brigade)
Expected landing cost would be ~48L ( including car parking + statutory charges )
I am interested in this project and planning to book in few days. Let me know your thoughts.

I have visited the location & it’s a decent place to invest/live in. Many developments happening around the location. It’s coming on the main road, so very convenient to commute to and fro. I have some photos on my mobile I clicked during the site visit.

Everything else seems to be great…
1. Great Brand Name – Brigade
2. Fine Location
3. Good Price
But, here are the negatives also.
1. There is a Nalla on the rear end abutting the property.
2. Closest IT park is at a distance of 10 to 11 Kms.
3. Provident and VBHC have huge number of apartments that will come up by end 2016 to 2017…so inventory over-hang can be there.
4. This area may not give high rental returns.
These are just my views.
It would be good to know what other investors/members have to say.
Please take informed decision while investing and one must ask Brigade about the way they will develop the property keeping in mind the Nalla(drain) on the rear side of the property.
