I want to invest in a plot in a BDA/BMRDA approved layout for investment purpose. My budget is max. of 45 Lakhs. One probable area is BSK 6th stage. How is the potential of appreciation in that area ? I have read that there is not much construction going on there right now.

Are there any other good ,BDA/BMRDA approved alternatives apart from BSK 6th stage within the budget of 45 lac?
