I have come Across few plots on sale in and near IVC road for 990Rs/Sqft. These are still yet to be converted and may take 2-3 years for get registered.

Please suggest Pro’s and Con’s in investing for these plots. Also Any one invested in BSNL Credence? please share your opinion about this society
