BSR Pranav Apartment Questions

I came to know about this project a week back and visited their premises over the weekend and was impressed with the way they have constructed the apartments as per Vaastu.
I am planning to book a flat here, can someone please clarify the following:
1. How good is the builder? Did some research and found that they don’t have any apartments in Bangalore prior to this one, so are they reliable?
2. When I went for the visit I saw couple of BBMP waste yards near the apartments. Has anyone noticed this? Are they planning to clear these?
3. Also there is a small graveyard before the project(and adjacent to the school). Is this still being used?
4. The price the builder is quoting is Rs 4700/- for the “A” Block apartments. Is this the good price?

We took a look at this project over the weekend and found some answers to your questions:
1) Builder has constructed 2 projects in Hyderabad earlier, this is his first in Bangalore. He has another project being planned near bellandur.
2) I saw one BBMP dump yard approx 200mts away from this project. But is it really BBMP dump yard ? I see a lot of people staying there, it looked like a small slum. But there are a lot of apartments coming around that and I’m guessing it will be removed sooner than later
3) We observed the graveyard. It is on the right side of the school. i.e. you have to pass the grave yard, then school and only then you will reach this project. I felt it was little far away from the project. Also it was occupying very small space. My guess is it is probably not being actively used anymore.
4) Can’t comment on the Price. Because there are a lot of projects like that quoting unimaginable prices. But looking at the location (approx 300-400mts from ORR) I liked the project.
