Hi Folks, Any comments? I am planning to buy a 4 BHK in Purva Skywood. The price quoted is 1.5c all incl. Is this a good decision in comparison to a Prestige Sunnyside OR Prestige Jade Pavilion with almost similar configuration which are quoted at 1.7c? Purva is providing more greenery and landscape and also have more to offer and so why is the price so low? Are there not enough demand for this project and so builder is now desperate to sell?
