i am planning to buy appartment in Elite Grandeur BTM-4th stage. i liked the property

However after looking at reviews on commonfloor and 99acres it seems the builder is not giving OC. And some are recommending not to buy.

But so far my search goes lot of builders in Bangalore are not giving OC. How safe is it to invest in such property.

Also does anyone on this website has done a investment in this project, and is there any group for this. Another question if any one has booked the flat have they consulted with any property consultant or a legal advisor ??

Builder is quoting price ie. approx 65 lacs for a 2BHK. if any one has booked the flat is there any option of negotiable and upto what extent ??
