I have come across that there are some flats available in SJR Parkway homes that be purchased from landowner or from builder. There is some difference in the price. Can anybody help me out to understand if buying a property of a landowner is safe option. Also, if someone could tell me that what are the clauses I have to verify if I go ahead with that option. Please reply back at the earliest.
