Can anyone give me some update on Retreat Signaa located in Belathur near Kadugodi.

The builders name is Tallam Shilpa Estates. Not heard of the builder earlier. But the plan is good and they have completed last floor slab work. They project approval is shown in SBI and Axis bank sites. Did any one booked?

Last week i visited this project. But their price is higher compared with other projects(Rs.2500 – Rs.2800) around that location.

The project is nice for investment compared to other properties in that locality as it will be the central locality for Whitefield, Hoskote, Krishnarajapuram, ITPL, etc. and metro station will also be near. The price is also okay depending on the quality of the construction with no deviation and clear legal titles. I and my friends have booked 3 flats here from Owner’s share with good discounts.
