We are looking to buy a 3bhk flat in Bangalore East to live in.We have seen Sobha City,Purva midtown and Prestige Sunnyside.All the places have some or the other downside like approch not being good,high speed broadband internet may not be available or no Cauvery water or less power being made available to the house.We want to be closer to the city.I have done research over the internet,there is no feedback on some builders and reviews written about some builders are scary.Is there any good project I am missing out on?
Please advise on a good project.I have read posts about this being not a good time to invest but down the line there will not be projects available within the city.
