I recently gone to one of my friend’s house warming at candeur rise, varthur… !

It is a good project on the main road with lots of open areas, ventilation and some good things.  I met some people in that society who are staying. They expressed lots of good things about the builder and his people.

My first impression about the builder after seeing rise apartment is…

• Good plan with vasthu and ventilation
• Most of the good branded materials are used
• Some minor finishing is missing

Over all its a good project my rating is 4.25 out of 5

Its a good project in that are with lots of good things in the plan and construction, I met with some of the members in that candeur society. They all expressed their experience with this company and people.

Lots of good things are there in this project.

I recently purchase a 2 bhk in Candeur Rise land owner share. Even I was little worried before purchasing. I spoken with the residents who are staying in the project. They given a good feedback about Builder and his team.

My self and along with my friend both booked two 2 bhks from land owner share as builder share is sold out long back.

The builder is formerly Adithya constructions. He has a project in thanisandra road called commanders galaxy. They complete the project within time. But quality is not good. Lot of seepage. Incomplete work. No proper handover. Any modification they will charge 10 times. Very pathetic. Please visit commanders galaxy once and have a feedback from residents one before buying. Also those who have booked, please be careful while registering.

Good property and best location. When I am searching for new property around whitefield, I heard about this builder. Looks like coming up very well.
