We are planning to book a Villa( Celebrity Nature’s Habitat) Builder’s name: Celebrity Structures India Pvt Ltd. in Srajapur Attibele road, BMRDA approved. Please let me know Builder Credibility and overall project rating.

Also there is a lake near by to this project, so we are worried if it comes under NGT then it would be an issue in long run. Please let me know if some one has booked and completed the legal formalities.
