like to share some information for the flat owners in constellation project, looks like the project execution work status is very slow, Actually by this time they should start commencing the first floor, but i am surprise to see the status over there whether any body spoke with the builder about this? please share if you have any other information.

i visited chowriappa constellation site today i.e. 31st August 2013. It is still in excavation stage partly, though some of the basement work is under construction and I could see few beams, pillars but no activate construction going on. The rate today they quoted was 4625 which includes some sort of premium they said which is 300 rupees. I found the rate too over priceso hence wanted to check and found this link. Let me know if anyone bought any flat recently like in last 4-5 months. Completion date still is being quoted as mar 2015. You can call, msg or what’s apps me.

Hi everyone, I got a note from Chowriappa Group, regarding the payment of next installment for the tower I had booked my apartment. I send a note to them with photo attachment (visited the site on 21.09.2013) that there was no progress, did not see any response from them yet.

Not sure on recent price increase though, I checked this site
