Comparison between NCC Ivory Heights , The Icon and Sobha City Paradiso (New Wing)

Need your views  to decide to pick one among the following properties, Please share your thoughts.

My criteria for selection was the following,

Proximity to reach Vidhan Soudha.(As i plan to move my kids schooling towards that area.)

I work at Manyata.

Proximity to ORR.

3 Bed Room.

Budget around 1.2 CR.

Although, I am very much interested in Sobha City – Casa Serenita, Sobha City Paradiso is a better option. Some have given reviews about  the prices soaring so high as I believe .  but it is a great value for money? For that kind of investment you will get all the amenities/kids needs  within reach.

Hi after 2 years of search i found Ncc urban was in that area and i booked one flat in 15 floor recently ,Location was excellent.
