Hello – I am looking to book a villa in this. Has anyone booked here – I would like to speak to someone who has bought here.

My main question is – is it good to invest in Electronic City (villas) as opposed to say Hebbal (mainly apartments like Prestige Misty Waters, Hiranandani Glen Gate etc.) Any thoughts / comments welcome !

Concord quality is extremely poor. I had myself stayed in Manhattan project- a stown throw away from Cupertino. Though the project is well maintained (thanks to the residents/ society) but the quality of construction material used is not good! Manhattan took almost 7-8 years to complete.

I decided to write back since few months before I was in same situation writing in all forums 🙂

I have booked a villa in Cuppertino, being a QS in a company like space matrix, I have a fair idea about the materials. As I have seen the deliverables are very much worth like- Park, Hydraulic lift option (which I have taken), ventilation, club house and most impt is accessibility for emergencies. I so agree with Manhattan project goof up but think on the return on investment it’s a 100% + return back in just 3- 4 years, which is to quick and a safe return, thinking on same lines and with a lot of research I concluded booking it. would appreciate any other aspect to it.
