Need help/suggestion for Concorde Livingston.

I am planing to buy 1 BHK, however it does not have car park & some basic amenities. Per SFT is 4050/-.

1. Will it be a good investment after few years?

2. Resale without a car park would be an issue?

3. Is it actually worth to buy 1 BHK @ 4050 ??
