Confident Aries
I have visited Confident Group new villa plots Aries on sarjapur attibele road. They are quoting Rs, 1800 for west facing and rs, 2000 for north/east facing plots. Is it worth investing ?

I am not sure why they reduced the price as the project opposite to was bought at 1900 psft. Hopefully, If INFOSYS come up, the prices will increase but again , this is a million dollar question.

I visited Confident Aries. Prices for west facing is around 1800 rs and east facing is around 2000 Rs.
This plot is on sarjapur – attibele road.
Is this expensive ?
Is it worth to invest on this road? In next 5 years can we build a house and leave in that area ?
Hi All,
I have recently booked a plot in Confident Aries. Do we have a buyers group for this project? I would love to keep in touch with you all. Please respond.
I think whosoever speaks and writes in favour of confident are fake people or the staff of confident group. Based on below positive review by Sathiya in this forum and also by email and telephone conversation I decided to book the plot in Confident Aires project and landed in Bangalore from Abroad. I initiated communication with Confident marketing people and they demanded Rs 1 lakh as token advance to be transferred to them before my departure from abroad. I did so promptly and booked my flight tickets and hotels. Upon arrival at Confident office the marketing guy said he will show the property tomorrow but demanded to sign agreement by paying 30% payment as advance before showing property. I suspect and made my own arrangements to visit the property without signing agreement and 30% advance payment. To my shock it is situated in sarjapur village and it take more than 3 hours by car to reach sarjapur village and from there again 3 KMS to the spot. I enquired with some nearby educated villagers but as per them the so called upcoming Infosys campus in Sarjapur only a marketing gimmick by developers to lure the innocent investors. I called to marketing guy Mr. Dhilip to convey that I am not interested and asked them to refund my Rs 1 lack which I transferred from abroad as token advance but they said as per their cancellation policy refund will be after 2 or 3 months but my question is how they can apply their cancellation policy without mutually signed MOU specifying the amount. & terms and condition on it. First of all no developer will demand token advance unless he/she satisfy with the proposed property. Secondly there is a difference between “ TOKEN ADVANCE” paid before showing the property and “ADVANCE” payment paid at the time of signing agreement. So the cancellation policy only apply to the later in case advance paid after satisfying the property and they should promptly refund the token advance. Also they falsely claimed that project just got BMRDA approval and documents will be made available upon my arrival just to get my token advance. Before dealing with them I had seen many negative reviews in various online forum against them but I thought that whoever write bad things about them are their competitors but actually it is opposite. It was a financial disaster for me as I spent big amount for my flight tickets beside token advance and hotel stay and other expenses in Bangalore.
hey I have booked a plot in Confident Aries Project. Is there anyone who is interested to construct a house soon? as I am looking forward to construct one soon and would like to hear about pros n cons of constructing the same.
First lot of APA approval came in Oct 2013. Second is supposed to have come now. Has anybody done any legal verification of their site independantly?
