Hi,
I’m looking to invest Rs 70 lacs (capped price) in Devanhalli/Hennur area.

Rationale of investment: Being a first property, I would keep it for long term and would like to get a property which has got good renting potential.

For now- I have narrow down my options i.e. Mantri Webcity (2 BHK); Brigade Orchids (3 BHK); and Hiranandani Devanhalli(2 BHK).

I would really need your unbiased opinion on selected properties. Please help me out.
