Deccan Palm Villas is located at Anantha Nagar Phase 2 (Google Maps Coordinate +12° 50′ 6.24″, +77° 41′ 45.79″)

Google Maps Satellite View shows proper details of the plot. I went to see the property today. The construction is almost done (i.e. interiors / exteriors is remaining) and the sales guy present there was saying possession will be handed over in a few months. He mentioned that the approval is from Panchayati and that two of the 10 houses have been sold out.

1) Has anyone else visited this property ? Please share feedback

2) Is Panchayati approval ok to go with ? Does it carry the risk of being termed illegal construction ?
