Definer Premium Project

Hi – Please can someone guide me about Definer Premium project & Definer Kingdom as well,

How is the builder? How much is the /Sq ft cost in that area in general (Banaswadi ring road)

Is that location going to be a good one in coming time (Definer Premium is our premium offering, located off Banaswadi ring road near TC palya Main Road)

BDA Approval received vide BDA / PL / EM / EO-2 / TA-2 / N / 32 /

Please assist me that whether this can be a good option or bad.
