I recently visited the Belle Vue site  near Nandi Hills. They mentioned Phase 1 is sold out and Phase 2 is open fr sale with most of the plots sold out. But the price they are quoting is 1700Rs/sq.ft. which seems to be higher side. Also they are mentioning to launch phase 3 around Oct 2013, for 2100-2200 Rs./sq.ft.

Any comments or views on the price appreciation capability of that area
