We are interested. We went there twice and got all info. We are not sure if paying that much is worth..it’s a small project as compared to their other projects, with small amenities but 200 plus flats. Did you take a call ?

Yes, I booked. I think the deciding factor was the location (Metro on both sides, close to ORR, Bagmane Tech park). There will 15000 sqft clubhouse and space all around like you see in DNR atmosphere (65% open space). So, the amenities are not really small.

Even I have booked recently for the same reason mentioned above. Any group for all home owners to connect?
