We are looking to an apartment near to Bagmane Technology Center, Mahadevapura and also Prestige Tech Park. We are debating between DNR Casblanca and Godrej Air projects. Can you please share your thoughts on which would be better w.r.t to investment and which is better for stay ? Also, we would want to know how to access construction quality for prelaunch projects ? We do not want to run into seepage or other issues for at least 10 years.
