Hi,

I have review the DS Max Solitaire in Horamavu. Its 3kms from Horamavu Main road.  I am ok with the size of the Flat 1040. They are asking to pay 5.60 Lacs as first payment. Total Cost of the flat excluding rgn comes to 32 Lacs.  They are offering  @ 28 Lacs + Rgn.(Kalkere Main Road)

Only thing I am concerned is there are lot reviews on Mouthshut.com and other sites about this Ds Max. Most of them are not giving any good response.

Hence Iwanted to check with you, do you have any idea about this builder, their commitment and timeliness….etc.

Some of my friends have mentioned they are not actual builders, they just market the properties and actual builder will be different.

I am totally confused, whether i should go for this.

If any other property is available towards Horamavu, Rammurty Nagar, K R Puram, Hoodi within range of 30Lacs including rgn, please guide me.
