I am looking to buy a property in DSR Eden Greens.

Has the builder got all the necessary approvals?

Builder is not giving A-Khata for the flat. He is saying that we have to get A-Khata for the flat on our own.

Is if fine?? or the builder only should provide the A-Khata.
