I am looking for few layouts nearby Devanahalli-vijayapura-jangamakote-Siddlaghatta Region.

Layout examples,
1) Sunrise shreyas.
2) Northeast paradise.
3) etc….some others in the area.

Please share your thoughts on DTCP approved layouts.
1) are they safe?
2) How are the future prospects in above area.
3) They are mostly quoting around 400 to 800 psf prices. does this area has potential to become satellite town after BIAAPA area.
