I was quoted Rs. 7100 / sqft for ready to move flat (+ 20 rs / floor floor rise and 150 rs if the flat is facing amenities/main road). In addition to this they have rs 200 / sqft as Bescom/Bwssb fees.
Is this price reasonable? In 2016, the price was around rs 5200
If you are residing there what is your review of flats? are you facing any issues with the builder?
The clubhouse(s) will take a long time to be built it seems.

A friend of mine had obtained this document from the documents submitted by the builder to the government. It has the prices of various sold units. I am not sure if these prices include bescom.bwssb charges (200/sq ft) or not.
Any feedback from pricing, after seeing this document?
