Hi, I visited the project. I have similar doubt about the improvement in the surrounding. I feel rental demand will there for this project. Not sure about the resale. And with rate they are ready to negotiate.

Hi, sure you will get good rents in this area. But I personally dont like the location of the project as it looks more like a commercial area… Construction seems to be of good quality. I’ve booked a flat in Hosa Road last week. Project is by Mars Builders, a two tier builder who has 10+ proj in bangalore.
