I visited the site last week. I found their price very exorbitant. 5000 per sq. ft for a plot feels like they are ripping off the appreciation benefit from the buyer, hence leaving very little scope for any investment benefit. they are quoting that it would be 10,000 per sq ft in 5 yrs, which feels very unlikely.

it might command that value after people see atleast 50% of what builder is advertising is completed.
