Its in excellent location just infront of rammaiah layout .. very good construction quality.. around Rs 5700 per sq ft in heart of JP Nagar 7th phase… and best part is already almost constructed.. no wait time no pre emis..anyone paying taxes upto 35k per month and rent 25k can just steal a deal with paying extra 10-20k and get a flat alongside.

Rental rates in equivalent sort of apartments in this area for eg Brigade Gardenia, Elita, Millenium fetches 28k+. Good for end use as well as an investment. I think the rates are competitive because the builder wants to establish themselves as the first grade builder. Best part is its almost ready for possession and just a km from brigade millenium signal and hence low risk. The entire premise is circular with only 5 units per floor with 4 of them enjoying corner status. Also each individual flats are of luxurious size. For eg 2.5 bhk of size 1550 sq ft are well designed. Also they are giving some wood work for free like modular kitchen and wardrobes.
