I am looking for a plot in Hoskote area.

Can anyone please provide me any feedback on the following builders & layout if you have bought any plot here or enquired?

1) Aditya Grand

2) SJ Builders: SJ Green Heaven & SJ Green Paradise

3) Artha Neo Properties: Aurum, Sovereign, Midas

4) Nisarga Hi-Tech City

5) Signature Tulip.

Any feedback would be highly appreciated.

Refrain from transacting with Ushodaya Luxuria, Off Sarjapur Road, Kasavanahalli, Bangalore. The said appartment is under property litigation and court has issued an injuction against developer. There could be delay in completion of project due to issues with documents and court injunction.
