Feedback on Residential Plots from Vakil

Hi,

How reliable and transparent is Vakil Housing Corporation? I am looking at buying plots in En casa or resale property at Vakil Satellite Township. How is their paper work/legal clearance etc?

I have plot in VST. There are no issues with legal or anything else.

They are good and genuine. I have a plot in Vakil en-casa.
