I am new to this forum and First time home buyer.
I am trying to buy a Individual home (newly constructed) that is located in
Varanasi (near Ramamurthy nagar), Bangalore. It was build by a  builder in association with
Landlord. and they said B Khata property. Builder is trusted Guy as I know him past 6 years

* Now what are the things I need to check /verify before buying this Home ?
* What are banks will give loan for B Khata properties ?
