I have select few developers properties near by Kundanhalli gate.

Saranya Construction and Saroj Group. both builder have good presence in all around of that area.

Price vice they are just 3100 and 2900 respectively.

Is anyone can guide me which one is good and if any other project in around with the same budget. ?
