Hi, I am also interested in this property because of the location advantage. Fortuna has completed many projects in Sahakar nagar and I have seen some completed projects, they are decent. HDFC property fund has invested in this property (you can search this in their website also) and so hope that everything will be done ontime. Not happy with the progress so far, work is going very very slow.
Any inputs?
