Garudachala Greenfield in mahadevpura

Hi Guys

Any feedback about Garuda greenfield projects in mahadevpura which is going to start near to Nester RAGA project.

Still builder does not have BBMP approval and they are committing to complete feb 2016 and providing CC & OC.

Is someone booked there or planning to book? As per Garuda salesperson(Himanshu),there are very few apartments are left.

I also booked one flat there with booking amount of 2lakh but still we dint received any documents for verification as they are saying its BBMP approval is pending and it will clear before 15 Jan 2015.

So please if any body booked or planning to go ahead then please u can inbox me your message or u can reach me 9620561205 so that we can plan further together.

Any guys if you r purchased flat from GarudaChala  Estate like starfield,Garuda Estilo then please give your valuable input for us.

Hi Naresh , even mine is same case like you .they collected amount of 5 lakhs in September 2014 without getting any approval .so be very careful before you give any amount.
