Is this right time to buy a property? People are expecting a price drop since nov’16, but none of the builders have dropped the price, only they are giving scheme like 5:80:15, 10:80:10 etc with no pre-EMI option. My budget is about 65-70(+reg) lakhs. Looking to buy a 2.5 BHK.  Shall I wait for some more time or this is the time to buy?
