I need your expertise to decide on property on Old madras Road.

I have short listed 2 properties :

1. Gina Shalom : Possession August 2015 (definite)

2. Salarpuria East Crest : Possession Dec 2018 (may extend)

Cost for both of them are approximately same. The only deciding factor here is possession. Could you please suggest which one to go for. I am confused if I should choose known builder or go for Gina.
