Hi All,
I am blocking an apartment in E-City Town by GM Infinite builder; up front it looks like a steal.
Nothing is much said about them but there has been a buzz here and there about the builder. They could be intentionally posted by their direct/indirect competitors as well. Nothing very substantial on the net. Their project Springfields is running on delay of 3 years but it is the same dismal situation for all high rise apartment in Bangalore.
Request you to do some recce as well and do not forget to post your comments. Please advise and suggest on the quality of construction and credibility of builder. Please Help !!!
I am really not sure but I hope it is good. With Neo in the back drop it will definitely be a cheese cake provided they deliver in time and to what they had promised.

Consider this. I have seen this apartment, price is good.
But since I work in pollution control board, I took sample of water in this area and get it tested in our lab. I found it highly toxic with high degree of organic and non-organic solvents. I found insecticide, herbicide, lots of organohalides and other chemical compounds like polychlorinated biphenyl, trichloroethylene, perchlorate apart from “very-very” high level of lead, arsenic, mercury, copper and cadmium. The levels are so high that one can get kidney, liver, central nervous system, bone, teeth and many other life threatening diseases.
This place is also “very-very” high on air pollutants including SO2, NO2, RSPM. Most importantly this place is extremely high on NMVOCs benzene, xylene, toluene and 1,3-butadiene. Most of these carcinogens (leading to cancer, even leukemia) with prolonged exposure.
Source of these pollutants are the toxic wastes and industrial waste from the industries that are within 500 meters – 1KM of aerial distance from this site (on Bommasandra-Jigni road). Please check in the google maps about the industries that are near to this site. Most of these are SSI, MSI and generally uncontrolled and does not have infrastructure to minimise the industrial waste.
Now it is your decision to either buy an apartment at such a place. You may save 10 lakh by living at such a place. But your and your loved once life is precious. My sincere request is not to let your kids, family (or even someone else family, if you are considering this for investment) stay in such an environment. Breathing at such a place can affect generations (by changing genetic bio-markers) including congenital deformities.

Hi,
I booked flat in phase 1 and after 6 months they got approva from BDA, and they always says they are not taking loan form bank nad wanted to finish with customer money, when ypou pay 20% you are locked. Paymnet slab is withinn 2 months your 95% paymnet you have to pay. also many irrregularitie are there, like they got commensment certificate after half the construction , this is illegale, when ever you ask for any quarry theresponce is very poor. earler they said club house is only for phase 1 and now it is for phase 2 and one more thing recently some more land is purchased by they, so no surprise if they launch phase 3 with same ammenities.
Please dont book and look for reputed builder plx plz plz plz

Hi,
I have visited the site and i feel its a good deal with low price. but much worried about the loan Interest which i have to pay by the time they give position.
I have spoken to sales guy, he told Phase 1 is already booked and it will going to launch next year March. Phase 2 will be in 2016 May, that means I have to pay Home Loan Interest for 2 years which i am going to take.

GM Infinite E-City Town is my good journey and it is more than my hope. I bought a 3 BHK Flat at low price in phase-I and now my flat price increased to double with all legally cleared documents as of now.
Its really worth of money investing in GM infinity E-City and i would suggest to buy others who is looking for better home.

That is good location and many builders coming with big Residential projects like Prestige, MJR , Arat , Neo Town and etc … Phase II pre launch going now as 3450/- per sft and no one giving that price in Electronic city. Phase I construction is going very fast with good quality and with all legal documents
I don’t see any industrial pollution and water also good … Its nice residential location …. i saw Neo IT HUB and Malll is getting ready.
As per my experience We can trust and invest/buy flat in GM Ecity Town.
