I inquired about Golden serenity from golden gate properties.
Can you please help me with your comments and concerns about the property. Price quoted is around 2600 psft.
Early comments would be really helpful to arrive at a decision for me. Any other layouts in north Bangalore in your mind??

Did you finally buy in Golden Serenity?
What was your experience? I had also inquired about it and they were quoting a price of 2600.
I think location is good but not sure about it because they say it is 50-100 acre and it seems they are not clear about it because they may still be acquiring land and approval may be a long time away.
I don’t know how it works..
