As I was going through some of the posts in this forum, I found them quite helpful.

Can anyone suggest a good and affordable project in the eastern and northern parts of Bangalore in and around places like Marathalli, Whitefield, KR Puram, Ramamurthy nagar, etc.

I am looking for a 3bhk not exceeding 65 lakhs. I am not interested in amenities. But the builder should be clean with documents and provide Occupany Certificate from BBMP on completion.

Any help will be most appreciated. Thank you.
